Our visit to Barbadillo winery!

Wine making process

We learned about the wine making process in Barbadillo winery in Sanlucar de Barrameda.

First of al vines are grown in soil called " Albariza ". Then, Palomino grapes are carefully cut from the vines. Next musts are pured in metal tanks.

The new wines are classifyed for ageing.
Casks are made of American Oak.

Wine is fortified with alcohol.After Older wines are  blended with younger wines. Fino wines are aged under yeas or " Velo de flor " .
Finally, wine is botlelled from the lower butt.

Manzanilla is produced only in Sanlucar de Barrameda.
Barbadillo wines are sold worldwine.

The Cultivation of wine grapes for the production of wine is Called "viticulture." Harvested During The Fall, wine grapes May range in color from pale yellow to green to ruby ​​red.

Wine types can be divided into four broad categories: table wines, sparkling wines, fortified wines, and aromatic wines. 

3.  What range of wines do table wines include?
Table wines include a range of red, white, and rose wines.

Wine can be traced back to Egypt as far as 5,000 B.C

Wine has been made for more than 2,000 years.

Today, California and New York state are by far the largest American producers of wine.

A universal factor in the production of fine wine is timing. This includes picking grapes at the right time, removing the must at the right time, monitoring and regulating fermentation, and storing the wine long enough.

The wine-making process can be divided into four distinct steps: 
harvesting and crushing grapes; fermenting must; ageing the wine; and packaging.

Emma Watson ♥


Emma Watson was born in Paris and there live until she was five years old.
She first played Hermione Granger in Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone in 2000.
She was ten years old.


When Emma was on Harry Potter film sets, she saw a tutor for five hours every day. She also went to school in Oxfordshire and got excellent grades in English Literature, Geography and Art.
Emma went to Brown University in the USA to study the arts. She chose an American university because she wanted to experience a different country and culture.
Emma loves fashion and she helped to create a clothes collection for 16- to 24- years-olds and modelled some clothes.
She has become a fashion icon, a cool student and a supporter of good causes.
It’s difficult dor Emma to say goodbye to Hermione but she is also looking forrward to new projects: “ I am excited about the future “ , she says.

Sherlock Holmes!

The author that created Sherlock Holmed was Sir Arthur Conan Doyle in the 1880s. Arthur Conan Doyle was born in Edinburgh, Scotland. He loved literature as the child. He had learned French so that he could read Jules Verne in the original.
He studied medicine at Edinburgh university. One of his profesprs, Dr Joseph Bell, inspired the creation of Sherlock Holmes.


Sherlock Holmes appears in 60 stories plubished between 1887 and 1927. Seven million hardbooks and 100 million paperback have been sold.

The famoues quote "Elementary, my dear Watson" never appeared in the books.

In the books, 221b Baker Street, is the London Address of Holmes and Watson. In the real world it was a banck. Today, 221b is the number of Sherlock Holmes museum.
The museum is actually between 237 and 241 Baker Street. But now it officially has the number 221b. There is also a pub in London called The Sherlock Holmes.

Sherlock Holmes is the literaty character who is in the most films.
Now, he returns in a new film whit Robert Downey Jr. as Homes and Jude Law as his friend, Dr Watson.
Brad Pitt will be Moriarty in the next Sherlock Holmes film.

Then and now ~

THEN: I used to have shoert and curly hair when I was seven years old and I used to be thin, short and friendly but very shy.
 I  used to like play with my dolls and I used to go to the park or go a house of my friend and play or watching a film and eat popcorn with hr. I enjoyed listening to the  pop  music and watching Tv but I used to dislike watching the news or football.
 I used to go to ballet and English lesson because I used to like dance and lenguajes.

NOW: I have long, curly hair. I am thin, medium and loya, competitive and very friendly with my friends but I am not shy now.
I like go out with my boyfriend or my friend
